The problem
Files corrupted and refusing to open. Data deleted or lost after a formatted or failed volume. Business records trapped in software that no longer boots, on a drive that is otherwise healthy. Files in a format the vendor abandoned twenty years ago. When it matters, "it's probably gone" isn't an acceptable answer until someone qualified has actually looked.
How we solve it
- Assessment first. We examine the files or volume and tell you what's realistically recoverable, what it will cost, and whether it's worth proceeding. Honest go/no-go advice before you spend real money.
- Right tools for logical failures. Recovery matched to the fault: file and database corruption, deleted data, formatted or logically failed volumes, and data locked inside obsolete or non-booting software where the media itself is sound.
- Physical damage referred out. If the fault is physical, a head crash, platter or electronic damage, water or fire, we tell you straight and point you to a specialist hardware recovery lab. We don't take on work outside our scope.
- Beyond files. Recovery chains hand back a folder of files. We can go further and turn what's recovered into organised, usable information, because recovery is often just the first step.
Who it's for
- Businesses with critical records lost to corruption, deletion, or legacy software they can no longer open.
- Consumers and sole traders with irreplaceable data lost to a software fault or an obsolete format.
- Legal matters where recovered data may become evidence and needs forensically sound handling from the start.
What you get
A clear assessment before any commitment, recovered data delivered in a usable form, and a straight answer if logical recovery isn't feasible, including a referral to a specialist lab where the fault is physical, so you can stop spending money on a lost cause.
